These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mindmornings.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Mind Mornings ("we", "us"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products. Mind Mornings sells digital, printable activity pages in PDF format. Products are delivered by download link immediately after payment and are available from your order confirmation page and email. No physical product is shipped.

2. Not medical advice. Our products are brain-stimulating activities for engagement and enjoyment and general educational content. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent Alzheimer's disease, dementia or any medical condition. Results vary. If you have concerns about memory, thinking or health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. License. When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the files for use by you, your household and the people in your personal care. You may print as many copies as you need for that purpose. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files or any part of them, or use them in a commercial product. Use with multiple residents or clients of a facility (for example, senior living communities or adult day centers) requires a facility license: contact us at info@mindmornings.com.

4. Intellectual property. All content on the Site and in our products, including text, layouts, illustrations, puzzles and the Mind Mornings name, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the one displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout.

6. Refunds. All sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability of downloads. We aim to keep your download links available. If a link stops working, contact us and we will send a new one.

8. Disclaimer. The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
